Claudine Mosseri has been appointed to the board role of group services director at international logistics firm ByBox, a UK provider of field support solutions.
Claudine’s appointment follows the completion of a number of successful acquisitions in recent years, a period of continued investment into the business which has allowed ByBox to build a comprehensive capability in its Technical Services division. This has allowed the overarching business ByBox Field Support to cement its position as a leading provider of technical services.
Claudine has been part of the ByBox Group since 2004 and in her new role as group services director will now work across the wider ByBox Group, and takes responsibility for all customer relationships.
In the next year Claudine plans to grow the entire customer base, offering customers complete asset tracking across the supply chain through the businesses unique technology Thinventory, and access to over 500 skilled engineers through Technical Services. This will be on a completely variable cost basis, allowing them to react to the demands of their customers quickly, economically, and through an efficient supply chain. Technical Services also provides a holistic engineering platform, supporting numerous sectors and variable scale deployments, in addition to matching the level of job with the skill of the engineer.

The news follows the recent appointments of Dan Turner as CEO of ByBox Networks and Steve Huxter as chief technology officer of ByBox Field Support Limited. Huxter and Turner together with Mosseri will be instrumental in driving the business forward.
