Kerf Developments will be using MACH as a platform to promote its new generation RUR profile cutting machine combined with Kaliburn ‘ultrasharp’ cutting technology. Designed and manufactured for customers with a high production demand, the RUR incorporates a rigid frame design that is ultrasonically stress relieved and manufactured to highly accurate tolerances to provide remarkable performance for the end user.
The RUR range can be configured with combined plasma and oxy-fuel heads to suit the various demands of the marketplace. Additionally, customers can configure machine lengths and widths to allow for large plate sizes or to provide the capability to cut and load/unload plates simultaneously in order to minimise machine downtime. With recent applications requiring machine beds up to 90m x 15m, Kerf can provide a bespoke solution for anything from a small machine shop or fabricator to highly productive ship yards and heavy industry applications.
