Materials handling specialist Jungheinrich has completed the acquisition of ISA-Innovative, a leading warehouse management systems software company. Jungheinrich has held a significant stake in ISA since 2009 and in recent years has co-operated with the company on several large systems projects across Europe. By acquiring full control of ISA, Jungheinrich has expanded its software capabilities significantly.
