Maintec 2016 has renewed its partnership with the British Compressed Air Society (BCAS). As part of the deal, BCAS will also be exhibiting at the show, which takes place on 22nd – 24th March at Birmingham’s, NEC.

BCAS actively represents the interests of the compressed air industry to the UK government, as well as many European and other overseas institutions. It is the only UK Technical Trade Association open to manufacturers, distributors and end users of compressed air products, portable air compressors and services.

Vanda Jones, Executive Director at BCAS explains the decision to partner with the show: “We are extremely pleased to be supporting Maintec 2016. As an independent resource to the end users, OEMs and manufacturers in attendance, we view the show as an ideal opportunity for them to source the right suppliers for maintenance, plant and asset management.”

Daniel Gray, Maintec Event Manager comments: “We are really pleased to announce BCAS’ involvement with the show. The compressed air industry is of great importance to us so it’s fantastic to have a society, who actively represents the interests of its members, on board and recognising Maintec’s relevance to this industry.”

BCAS will be on Stand M237, showcasing its independent reviews service, providing information on a range of topics, from legislation and training to where to find a suitable supplier.

Maintec 2016 is co-located with two complimentary shows, which are highly relevant to maintenance managers. The first is Facilities Management 2016, the UK’s only event to focus on the large scale and multi-site facilities industry. Facilities Management 2016 will feature the Cleaning Zone, which focuses on buyers and suppliers from within the cleaning industry.

The second is the Health & Safety Event, run by Western Business Exhibitions, the leader in the health and safety sector. This provides the perfect networking and educational opportunity for any maintenance professionals who increasingly have a safety agenda to meet.

Visitors will be able to access all three shows with one badge which further demonstrates the commitment Maintec 2016 has to providing an educational and industry focused event with, free-to-attend seminars and masses of show floor entertainment.
