Route Genie partnership helps Volo Commerce customers to further streamline delivery processes

Route Genie, the advanced carrier management software, has agreed a strategic partnership with Volo Commerce, the multichannel ecommerce technology and services provider, to enable online retailers to modernise and   streamline their delivery models. The Volo Commerce platform will now offer an integrated Route Genie enhanced carrier management capability, which can be deployed by any online retailer on demand to efficiently manage their carriage providers, saving them time and resources.

Volo Commerce’s customers will also be able to take advantage of Route Genie’s track and trace functionality, allowing them access to real-time updates on delivery of their parcels to their customers. Retailers will also be able to use the software to manage all consumer communications, and create personalised, branded messaging at pre-selected trigger points during the delivery cycle.

Volo Commerce offers a range of e-commerce solutions to both UK-based and international businesses.

Paul Watson, CEO at Volo Commerce, said: “Our key objective is to help as many merchants and brands as possible to harness the benefits of multichannel e-commerce, taking the administrative and managerial headaches away from trading online. The partnership with Route Genie will allow our customers to further increase their efficiency when managing their carrier relationships, as well as enhancing the overall buyer experience.”

Richard Tucker, Head of Sales, iForce Group and Route Genie, said: “This important partnership will ensure Volo Commerce’s customers can benefit from quick and seamless access to the Route Genie platform. The integration is a great opportunity for retailers to access the innovation offered by both businesses in their software solutions.”

Volo Commerce has a decade of multichannel e-commerce experience working closely with merchants and brands selling across international marketplaces like Amazon and eBay and website platforms. The company combines powerful, end-to-end automation with marketplace know-how and account management expertise to grow sales, increase efficiencies and remove complexity for retailers.
