Walker Logistics Ltd has announced the appointment of Simon Lapham as Head of Operations. In this new role, Lapham will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and operational processes at Walker’s 200,000 sq ft multi user storage facility in Berkshire.

Having started his career within Sainsburys’ logistics and distribution network, Lapham joins Walker from bathroom accessories specialist, Croydex, where he held a senior supply chain management position. He will report directly to Walker’s board and his appointment is part of Walker’s ongoing growth strategy.
